Picture of Leila De Lima and Kerwin Espinosa Discovered

Former Justice Secretary now Senator Leila De Lima is found rubbing elbows with Eastern Visayas drug lord Kerwin Espinosa. The picture is believed taken before the 2016 presidential election. The senator denied having a link with Espinosa. She said the picture was taken during a chance photo and not an arrange meeting. She said this could have been shot during her election campaign sorties. She confirmed the people around her and Espinosa were her staffs.

Aside from the picture, De Lima’s name   was allegedly found in a record book of arrested Albuera Town Mayor Rolando Espinosa. The mayor was the father of Kerwin Espinosa and also his alleged protector. Aside from drug transactions, the book contains amounts given to drug protectors.

Source of the information is Albuera town police chief Jovie Espenido. He said that he saw the name of the lady senator in the record book of transactions of Mayor Rolando Espinosa.

The town Mayor was arrested on October 5 and charged with illegal possession of dangerous drugs and firearms. He is now in the custody of the PNP while his son Kerwin is still at large.

When Lou Ferrante of Discovery Channel visited the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa, what he saw was shocking. This ex-mobster of the dreaded Gambino crime family has seen many prison walls being an ex-con himself. But what he saw in the world's largest prison with more than 20,000 inmates cannot be seen in other maximum security prison and in correctional facilities in the Americas.

A shocking pictures of ex-DOJ secretary Leila de Lima and President Benigno "PNoy" Aquino hang on the office wall of convicted inmate Jaybee Sebastian.

He was introduced to Jaybee Sebastian, a so-called diplomat/CEO inmate of the facility, who help the Bureau of Corrections (BUCOR) maintain peace and order.

In return, the prison's administration afforded him a princely reward: an office more luxurious than the general who heads the BUCOR  and more perks fit for an executive.

The whole facility is run by a 'Reward and Punishment System'. If the inmate is disciplined and useful, he will be rewarded, but if mistakes are committed, it comes with a hefty punishment from their cell mayors or gang leaders and from the prison guards. This might be the reason why Jaybee enjoy such perks, he illicit command and respect inside this overpopulated compound. Yet it looks like the rewards are too much for a convicted criminal. He must be useful in some other way only the bigwigs of BUCOR know.

Jaybee Sebastian's office is well equipped and decorated: a conference table, computers and multiple flat screens and walls full of framed pictures.

Lou interviewed Jaybee while scanning through the pictures on the walls when he noticed a surprising figure in Jaybee's picture frames: Jaybee is in the company with no less than the president of the Philippines, President Ninoy Aquino  and in another frame he was with the secretary of justice now senator, Leila de Lima.

These photos were taken long before the December 2014 raid of the lavish cells of 'VIP' inmates dubbed as the Bilibid 19 who were later transferred custody to the NBI. The raid was headed by de Lima herself. The Bilibid 19 was known for the explicit multi-million dollar drug trade inside the NBP that were smuggled outside to other parts of the country. Yet in 2015, it was reported that Jaybee, who was oddly not included in the 2014 raid, also runs the drug trade inside NBP. Clearly, Jaybee's group along with convicted Chinese syndicates have a monopoly on the illegal trade now that the Bilibid 19 were out of the picture.

Why was he not included in the 2014 raid headed by De Lima? It's hard to tell that her intel missed Jaybee's activities when he was the mayor of all the mayors inside NBP. Or was it deliberately overlook? Whatever is going on inside this compound, we just barely scratch the surface.

All photos are taken from Lou Ferrante's documentary "Inside the Gangster's Code" of Discovery channel.
